Judah Global is a faith-based event discovery, promotion, and engagement platform designed to help users discover, submit, manage, promote, and participate in events, conferences, worship gatherings, campaigns, and organizational activities globally.

Judah Global may host, display, or promote events submitted by third parties, organizations, ministries, sponsors, or individual users. Judah Global is not the organizer of all listed events and is not responsible for the conduct, actions, safety, accuracy, or operations of third-party organizers or attendees.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.

By using Judah Global, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• All information you provide is accurate and current.
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certain features of the Platform may require account registration.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Immediately notify Judah Global of unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Provide accurate and updated account information.

Judah Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Organizations, ministries, sponsors, and individuals may submit events for approval and publication.

By submitting event content, you agree that:

• All submitted information is truthful and accurate.
• You have the legal right to publish the submitted materials.
• Your content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
• Your event complies with applicable laws and platform standards.

Judah Global reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject submissions.
• Edit minor content for formatting or compliance purposes.
• Remove events at its discretion.
• Require re-approval for materially modified event content.

Judah Global may offer paid promotional placements, including but not limited to:

• Homepage Hero placements
• Discovery placements
• Featured Event badges
• Major Event promotions
• Campaign advertising services

All promotional purchases are subject to availability, platform rules, pricing structures, and approval standards.

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly approved by Judah Global:

• Promotional purchases are non-refundable.
• Promotional dates and placements are not guaranteed until payment is successfully completed.
• Judah Global reserves the right to reject promotional content that violates platform policies.

Certain services on the Platform require payment.

By purchasing services, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• All billing information provided is accurate.
• Judah Global may use third-party payment processors.
• Applicable taxes, fees, and processing charges may apply.

Judah Global is not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment providers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Upload harmful software, malware, or malicious code.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others.
• Interfere with Platform security or operations.

Judah Global reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations.

Judah Global is an inter-faith-based platform and maintains strict community and content standards.

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform, including within event submissions, promotional campaigns, sponsor materials, user uploads, images, videos, flyers, descriptions, comments, usernames, and communications:

• Pornographic material
• Nude or sexually explicit imagery
• Sexually suggestive or exploitative content
• Explicit sexual language or descriptions
• Adult entertainment promotion
• Obscene, indecent, or vulgar material
• Content involving sexual exploitation or inappropriate conduct

Any event, organization, sponsor, account, or promotional submission containing prohibited content may be:

• Immediately rejected
• Removed without notice
• Suspended from the Platform
• Permanently banned at Judah Global’s discretion

Judah Global reserves the sole right to determine whether submitted content violates these standards.

Judah Global maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material, child pornography, or any content involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, endangerment, or inappropriate depiction of minors.

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Child pornography or sexually exploitative material involving minors
• Any nude or sexually suggestive images of minors
• Content promoting, encouraging, or facilitating child exploitation or abuse
• Attempts to share, request, distribute, advertise, or link to prohibited material
• Any event, communication, solicitation, or organization associated with exploitation of minors

Any account, event, organization, sponsor, or submission found to violate this policy will be:

• Immediately removed from the Platform
• Permanently banned without warning
• Reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations where required by law

Judah Global reserves the right to cooperate fully with investigations involving child safety, exploitation, or illegal content.

Users may submit content including:

• Event descriptions
• Logos
• Flyers
• Images
• Sponsor information
• Promotional materials
• Comments or reviews

By submitting content, you grant Judah Global a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, publish, distribute, promote, and modify the content for formatting purposes in connection with operating and marketing the Platform.

You retain ownership of your original content.

All Platform materials, including but not limited to:

• Branding
• Logos
• Graphics
• Software
• Interface designs
• Databases
• Platform architecture
• Content layouts

These materials are owned by or licensed to Judah Global and protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Platform materials without prior written permission.

Your use of Judah Global is also governed by the Judah Global Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Participation in events promoted through Judah Global is at your own risk.

Judah Global does not guarantee:

• Event quality
• Event legality
• Venue safety
• Organizer conduct
• Schedule accuracy
• Event availability
• Ticket validity

Users are responsible for independently verifying event details before participation.

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services, including:

• Payment processors
• Event venues
• Sponsor websites
• External registration systems
• Social media platforms

Judah Global is not responsible for third-party content, policies, services, or practices.

Judah Global may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time for reasons including:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of Platform systems
• Harmful or unlawful conduct
• Security concerns

Termination may occur without prior notice.

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Judah Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Reliability
• Accuracy

Judah Global does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judah Global and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Event-related injuries or disputes
• Business interruption

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Judah Global, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your submitted content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

Judah Global may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Judah Global operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
